Wednesday, October 20th  

Arrive to Dallas on Wednesday afternoon and arrive at Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel to check into your pre-arranged accommodations. 

Thursday, October 21st  

Meet the Consultant Services Team in the hotel lobby at 8:30AM to drive to the Middleby Innovation Kitchens. A brief tour of the full Middleby Innovation Kitchens facility will begin at 9:30AM. Small bites will be offered throughout this tour.  Hands on training and demonstrations of the 15 vignettes will begin following the tour at 10:15AM. Training and demonstrations will conclude at 5:30PM. A cocktail reception will be held in the cafe followed by The Elements Chef's Table Dinner provided onsite by Master Chef Russell Scott beginning at 6:00PM. Following dinner, the group will depart from the MIK to the hotel.

Friday, October 22nd 

Meet the Consultant Services Team in the hotel lobby at 8:00AM to drive to the Middleby Innovation Kitchens. A continental breakfast will be provided upon arrival. Hands on training and demonstrations will resume at 9:00AM. Training and demonstrations will conclude at 11:00AM. An immersive Pizza Experience will be provided to the attendees for Lunch followed by departure from the MIK at 12:00PM. 

Details

The Middleby Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the Training.

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately 6:00PM on Wednesday, October 20th. Departures for Friday, October 22nd out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 2:00PM, if possible.

Note - We understand the limitations with travel times and scheduling with the airlines, if early arrival or later departure may be necessary, please let us know.
