The MAINS Government Solutions Course and MAINS Business & Industry Solutions Course is designed to provide foodservice design consultants with the knowledge needed to excel and expand their skills in optimizing their design projects for their clients in these focused segments. If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please note the recommended arrival & departure times to DFW or Love Field.

Arrive Prior To: 12:00 PM - Monday, July 15th

Depart After: 3:00 PM - Tuesday, July 16th

Arrival & Accommodations

Please submit your flight/travel itinerary to confirm the nights needed onsite at your pre-arranged accommodations no later than Monday, July 1st.

Attendees who do not submit their travel itinerary will be provided with a default reservation for only the night of Monday, July 15th. Additional nights needed onsite submitted after July 1st are subject to availability.  

Upon arrival, it is recommended to call an Uber or Lyft to either the hotel if time allows or directly to the Middleby Innovation Kitchens. Addresses for each can be found below.

All expenses accumulated from travel and onsite for the MAINS event are reimbursable through the expense form below.
