Please submit your flight/travel itinerary to confirm the nights needed onsite at your pre-arranged accommodations no later than Monday, January 12.

Attendees who do not submit their travel itinerary will be provided with a default reservation for only the night of Monday, January 26. Additional nights needed onsite submitted after January 12 are subject to availability.  

Upon arrival, it is recommended to call an Uber or Lyft to either the hotel (if time allows) or directly to the Middleby Innovation Kitchens. Addresses for each can be found below.

All expenses accumulated from travel and onsite for the MAINS event are reimbursable through the expense form below. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for expenses to be processed.
