Monday, October 18th  

Arrive to Dallas prior to Noon and arrive at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens before 3:00PM. Please make sure you join us for the prompt start time at 3:00PM to be entered to win a Viking Cookware Set. Lunch will be provided at the Training Facility along with a tour. Training will begin promptly at 4:15PM. Enjoy an afternoon of hands on Automation and Robotics Training. At the conclusion of the day, beverage service and a cocktail reception will be held in the Middleby Innovation Kitchen's Dining Room. Following the beverage service, a Tapas Style Dinner will be served at The Elements Chef's Table hosted by Chef Russell Scott.

Tuesday, October 19th 

Arrive at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens prior to 8:30AM. Bring all luggage to the Training Center. A Continental Breakfast will be provided on-site. Enjoy another 1/2 day of brand training and demonstrations. The meetings and training will conclude by 3:00PM. Please do not book return travel prior to 5:00PM.

Details

The Middleby Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the Training.

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately Noon on Tuesday, October 18th. Departures for Wednesday, October 19th out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 5:00PM, if possible.

Middleby Covid Guidelines

Attendees will be asked about their Vaccination Status prior to their arrival. Those who are unvaccinated will be asked to wear a face covering while inside the Middleby Innovation Kitchens Facility. Temperature checks will be required upon entering. Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will also be available throughout the entire 40,000 sq/ft facility.

Registration is limited due to space constraints specific to health and safety restrictions during the training. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting future training events for additional participation.
