Monday, February 21st  

Arrive to Dallas prior to Noon and arrive at the Middleby Innovations Kitchens before 3:00PM. We will begin with a Facility Tour offering small bites throughout. Training will begin promptly at 3:45PM. Enjoy an afternoon of hands on Menu Versatility Training. At the conclusion of the day, beverage service and a cocktail reception will be held in the Middleby Innovation Kitchen's Dining Room. Following the beverage service, a Tapas Style Dinner will be served at The Elements Chef's Table hosted by Chef Russell Scott.

Tuesday, February 22nd

Arrive at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens prior to 8:30AM. Bring all luggage to the Training Center. A Continental Breakfast will be provided on-site. Enjoy another 1/2 day of brand training and demonstrations. A hands on Pizza Lunch session will be held at the end of the training. The meetings and trainings will conclude by 2:30PM. Please do not book return travel prior to 4:30PM.

Details

The Middleby Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the Training.

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately Noon on Monday, February 21st. Departures for Tuesday, February 22nd out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 4:00PM, if possible.

Note - We understand the limitations with travel times and scheduling with the airlines, if early arrival or later departure may be necessary, please let us know.
