Tuesday, May 25th  

Arrive to Dallas prior to Noon and arrive at the Middleby Innovations Kitchens before 1:00PM. Lunch will be provided at the Training Facility. Training will begin promptly at 1:30PM. Enjoy an afternoon of hands on Beverage Training including all the Middleby Beverage Brands. At the conclusion of the day, beverage service and a cocktail reception will be held in the cafe-bar area. Following the reception, a professionally prepared Tapas Style Dinner will be served at the Elements Chef's Table hosted by Chef Russell Scott. 

Wednesday, May 26th  

Arrive at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens prior to 8:15AM. Bring all luggage to the Training Center. A Continental Breakfast will be provided onsite. Enjoy another 1/2 day of beverage brand training and demonstrations. The meetings and training will conclude by 1:15PM. Please do not book return travel prior to 3:00PM.

Details

The Middleby Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the Training.

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately Noon on Tuesday, May 25th. Departures for Wednesday, May 26th out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 3:00PM, if possible.

Once flight arrangements have been made, please forward your flight itinerary to MaryEllen Loranger at mloranger@pitco.com.

Note - We understand the limitations with travel times and scheduling with the airlines, if early arrival or later departure may be necessary, please let us know.
