Monday, September 11th  

Arrive to Dallas prior to 12:00PM and arrive at the Middleby Innovations Kitchens before 1:00PM. We will begin with a Facility Tour offering small bites throughout. Training will begin promptly at 2:00PM. Enjoy an afternoon of hands on Ventless Solutions Training. At the conclusion of the day, beverage service and a cocktail reception will be held in the Middleby Innovation Kitchen's Dining Room. Following the beverage service, a reception with Small Bite Stations at The Elements Chef's Table hosted by Chef Russell Scott.

Tuesday, September 12th

Arrive at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens prior to 8:30AM. Bring all luggage to the Training Center. A Continental Breakfast will be provided on-site. Enjoy another 1/2 day of brand training and demonstrations. A hands on Pizza Lunch session will be held at the end of the training. The meetings and trainings will conclude by 2:00PM. Please do not book return travel prior to 3:00PM.

Travel Details

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately 12:00PM on Monday, September 11th. Departures for Tuesday, September 12th out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 3:00PM, if possible.

Once flight arrangements have been made, please forward your flight itinerary to MaryEllen Loranger at mloranger@pitco.com.

Note - We understand the limitations with travel times and scheduling with the airlines, if early arrival or later departure may be necessary, please let us know.

If you are driving from another area location, please use the link on this map for driving directions to the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel. Note - Travel costs will be covered by The Middleby Corporation.

Arrival Information

Due to varying flight times of attendees, our team suggests arranging an Uber/Lyft from DFW or Love to either the Middleby Innovation Kitchens or to the Renaissance Hotel if you have time prior to the start of the training. Your pre-arranged accommodations at The Renaissance Hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the Middleby Innovation Kitchens.  All Uber/Lyft rides during your time here in Dallas will be reimbursed.

Cost Reimbursement

The Middleby MAINS Program is all inclusive to the Foodservice Design Consultant Community including travel costs for a roundtrip economy class airfare ticket. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the training. 

Any training related costs incurred during your time here in Dallas are reimbursable. Please see the file attached below for the expense reimbursement form. This document will also be sent out directly at the conclusion of the event. Once completed, please submit this form to Maryellen Loranger.
