This MAINS session will be focused on specifying European Appliances. Designers can expect to leave MAINS with a full understanding of the following:

Understanding the Cast Iron and radiant heat
Difference between Cast Iron, Elise and Mercury
CEU Course: Designing with Ultra Premium Appliances
A brief training on other Middleby brands including Viking, Lynx, Evo and under counter Hands on cooking and demonstrations

[If flying] Land in Dallas at 11:00 AM or earlier and arrive at the Middleby Showcase Gallery and Innovations Kitchens at 1:00 PM.
We will begin our program with a facility tour with bites prepared by our culinary team.
Training will begin after the tour with hands-on product demonstrations.
At the conclusion of the day, designers will be treated to a cocktail reception, dinner, networking, and massages.

Meet in the hotel lobby at 8:30 am.
Arrive at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens by to 9:00 AM. Watch your breakfast be prepared while our team hosts a live demonstration.
Followed by breakfast, training will begin with demonstrations.
To conclude the Middleby MAINS program, designers will be able to get hands-on experience with our brands and prepare and cook on La Cornue, Viking, and AGA Ranges as a part of Middleby Cooking School.
Trainings will conclude around 2:00 PM. Departures out of Dallas should be planned for any time after at your leisure.

The Middleby Residential MAINS Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the training.
If arriving to Dallas via air travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately 11:00 AM on November 7.
Departures for November 8 out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 2:00 PM at your leisure.
Please book and purchase your own air travel. Middleby will reimburse your flight cost up to $500 economy round trip and transportation to the Innovation Kitchens once MAINS is complete.
Once flight arrangements have been made, please forward your flight itinerary to MaryEllen Loranger at mloranger@pitco.com.
