Wednesday, October 26th

[If flying] Arrive to Dallas prior to 11:00 AM and arrive at the Middleby Showcase Gallery and Innovations Kitchens before 1:00 PM.

Training will begin promptly at 2:00 PM with hands-on product demonstrations:

- La Cornue Château Experience

- Viking Range Experience  

Followed by product trainings, designers will be able to understand the workings of how to get their work published from industry experts and media. 

At the conclusion of the day, designers will be treated to a cocktail reception, build your pizzas on the Lynx Napoli, networking, and massages. 

Thursday, October 27th 

Arrive at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens prior to 8:30 AM.  Breakfast will be served with a live demo on the EVO grill. 

Followed by breakfast, designers will expand their knowledge of European appliances with training on the AGA. 

Followed by an interactive keynote "Stand Out and Scale Up" by Katie Gutierrez of Errez design.

To conclude the Middleby MAINS program, designers will be able to prepare and cook on Middleby Residential La Cornue, Viking, and AGA Ranges as a part of Middleby Cooking School. 

Trainings will conclude around 2:30 PM. Departures out of Dallas should be planned for any time after at your leisure. 

Details

The Middleby Residential MAINS Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the training.

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately 11:00 AM on October 26th. Departures for Friday, October 27 out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 2:30 PM at your leisure. 

Please book and purchase your air travel. Middleby will reimburse your  flight cost up to $500 economy round trip and transportation to the Innovation Kitchens once MAINS is complete.

Note - We understand the limitations with travel times and scheduling with the airlines, if early arrival or later departure may be necessary, please let us know.
