Colburn Guyette Visits the Middleby Innovation Kitchens, Dallas
The Colburn Guyette team headed south to Dallas for a hands-on visit at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens alongside our partners. With a strong emphasis on automation and forward-thinking solutions, the team had the chance to get directly involved from flipping pancakes on induction ranges and testing pizzas across a variety of oven platforms. Seeing the equipment in action brought these innovations to life in a meaningful way. The trip also included some Texas-style fun, with a visit to Globe Life Field to catch a Texas Rangers game which was an exciting close to a productive and engaging experience.
