Wednesday, June 9th  

Arrive to Dallas Wednesday afternoon and arrive at Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel to check into your pre-arranged accommodations. Meet with the Consultant Services Team directly at Haywire Restaurant in Legacy West for dinner at 7:30PM. The Restaurant is a short walk from the Renaissance Hotel.  

Thursday, June 10th  

Meet the Consultant Services Team in the hotel lobby at 8:15AM to drive to the Middleby Innovation Kitchens. A continental breakfast will be provided upon arrival. A brief tour of the full Middleby Innovation Kitchens facility will begin at 9:15AM.  Hands on training and demonstrations of the 15 vignettes will begin following the tour at 10:00AM. Lunch will be hands on and provided in the Pizza Suite at 1:00PM. Training and demonstrations will conclude at 5:15PM. A cocktail reception and demonstration will be held in the cafe followed by The Elements Chef's Table Dinner provided onsite by Master Chef Russell Scott beginning at 6:00PM. 

Friday, June 11th  

Meet the Consultant Services Team in the hotel lobby at 7:45AM to depart for the Middleby Innovation Kitchens and bring all luggage. Arrive at the training facility at 8:00AM. A continental breakfast will be provided upon arrival. Training and demonstration will begin at 8:30AM and will conclude at 11:00AM. We will depart for DFW at 11:15AM. Please do not book return travel prior to 1:00PM.

Details

The Middleby Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the Training.

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately 6:00PM on Wednesday, June 9th. Departures for Friday, June 11th out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 1:00PM, if possible.

Note - We understand the limitations with travel times and scheduling with the airlines, if early arrival or later departure may be necessary, please let us know.
