Monday, September 27th  

Arrive to Dallas prior to the afternoon on Monday and arrive at Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel to check into your pre-arranged accommodations. Meet the Consultant Services Team at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens to get started at 1:00 PM. Enjoy a half day on hands-on training and demonstrations. Depart the Middleby Innovation Kitchens at 6:30 PM for an offsite dinner at Legacy Food Hall. 

Tuesday, September 28th  

SSA Foodservice Design + Consulting Group to spend the morning working prior to starting day 2 of training this afternoon. Meet the Consultant Services Team at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens at 1:00 PM for another half day and hands-on training and demonstrations. Lunch will be provided onsite upon arrival. Beverage service will begin at 4:30. Depart the Middleby Innovation Kitchens at 6:15 PM for dinner offsite at KAI.

Wednesday, September 29th  

Meet the Consultant Services Team in the hotel lobby at 8:45AM to depart for the Middleby Innovation Kitchens and bring all luggage. Arrive at the training facility at 9:00AM. A continental breakfast will be provided onsite upon arrival. Training and demonstration will begin at 9:30AM and will conclude at 12:30PM. 

Details

The Middleby Training Program is all inclusive including travel costs to Dallas. Middleby will coordinate and cover costs for all accommodations, meals and activities during the Training.

If arriving to Dallas via Air Travel, please arrange for flights to arrive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261 by approximately 11:00AM on Monday, September 27th, or anytime the day prior. Departures for Wednesday, September 29th out of Dallas should be planned for any time after 4:00PM, if possible.

Note - We understand the limitations with travel times and scheduling with the airlines, if early arrival or later departure may be necessary, please let us know.
